Florent Labs, LLC is a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility operating under the authority of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission ("CCC") pursuant to 935 CMR 500 and the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission ("CRC") pursuant to N.J.A.C. 17:30. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, licensed business partners, and any other persons who access or use our services.

All purchasing entities must maintain valid and current state cannabis licenses. By engaging in B2B transactions with us, purchasing licensees represent and warrant that:

• They hold a valid, active cannabis license in the applicable state
• They will comply with all applicable state and local regulations regarding the resale, storage, labeling, and marketing of products purchased from us
• They will not transport products across state lines
• They will not alter product labels or packaging in any manner that renders them non-compliant
• They will maintain all Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and make them available to end consumers and regulators as required

4.4 Lab Testing and Quality Assurance

All products are tested by independent testing laboratories licensed by the applicable state regulatory authority prior to distribution, in accordance with 935 CMR 500.160 (Massachusetts) and N.J.A.C. 17:30-11.3 (New Jersey). Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided with all wholesale transfers. Test results include, but are not limited to, cannabinoid potency profiles, contaminant screening (pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, mycotoxins, residual solvents), and other analyses required by applicable regulation.
